【摘要】 本文报道因上消化道症状进行胃镜检查的149例病人的胃粘膜活检标本,通过涂片革蓝氏染色和切片镜检及细菌培养,发现不同于HP的螺旋形细菌阳性4例,检出率为2.68％。用HP的培养方法未能分离出该菌,用上述几种方法检查,未查见HP。该菌具有独特的密螺旋形,其形态与猫、狗胃中发现的细菌相似。这些病例中螺旋形细菌与慢性胃炎同时存在。该菌是否经动物传播给人有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biopsy specimens from thegastric mucosa of 149 patients who under-went gastroduodenal endoscopy for uppergastrointestinal complaints were studied bylight microscopy and culture. Spiral shapedbacteria were detected in four of thespecimens by smears with Gram stain.The positive rate was 2.68%, but these bac-teria and HP did not grow in culture. Thocharacteristic helical morphology of thebacteria appears to be similar to that ofthe bacteria found in the stomach of catsand dogs.
