【Abstract】 The McAb of anti-P₁₂^ras hasbeen used to screen 9 cases of human lungcancer tissues, 18 cases of samples and 2cases of hydrothorax samples of lung can-cer patients by means of PAGE-immuno-blots. The expression of ras gene wasfoundin 8 cases of human lung cancer amongwhich the expression of 4 cases was higherthan that of normal control. P₁₂^ras has not beendetected in serum and hydrothorax samplesof cancer patients. The present study indi-cated that there was P₁₂^ras in human lungcancer and normal control and the expres-sion level of ras gene in lung cancer wasrelated to the differentiation of cancer.更多还原
