付里叶变换红外光声光谱研究聚丙烯腈基碳纤维碳化机理
Study of Carbonization Mechanism of Polyacrylonitrible Base Carbon Fiber by FTIR-PAS
【摘要】 用FTIR—PAS和元素分析仪研究了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的碳化过程。随预氧化,碳化温度升高,聚丙烯腈经历了一个脱氢脱氮,消除-C≡N基,从无序到有规的转化过程。产品比石墨有更高的热-声转换效率。
【Abstract】 The polyacrylonitrile base carbon fiber carborization process has been studied by using Fourier Transform Infrared-Photoacustic Spectroscopy (FTIR-PAS). The polcarylonitrile fiber undergoes dis-hydrogen, dis-nitrogen and eliminates cyanogen group with increasing the temperature of pre-oxidization and carbonization. The product shows higher heat-acoustic transform efficiency than graphite.
