【Abstract】 Norcantharidinimide,7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboximide Ⅲ,and its dehydroderivatives,7-oxabi-cyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboximide derivativesⅠ,Ⅱ were prepared by aminolysis of norcantharidine withpseudonorephedrine and other primary amines and also byN-Mannich reaction of the unsubstituted imide with cor-responding primary or secondary amines in the presence offormaldehyde in 95% ethyl alcohol.Twenty-three new norcantharidinimide derivativeswere obtained in good yields.All compounds were charac-terized by elemental analysis and IR spectra.更多还原
