【摘要】 通过对118名幼儿(无龋组55名,多龋组63名)唾液的流率、pH、缓冲能、钙、磷、氟离子含量、变形链球菌计数和菌斑产酸能力等检测,并在无龋组和多龋组间进行对比。结果发现仅变形链球菌计数和菌斑产酸能力两项在无龋组和多龋组间显示明显差异,有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The flow rate,pH,buffer capacity,calcium,phosphorus,fluoride ior contents,and Mutans streptococcus countof saliva and acidogenecity of plaque were collected and analysed from 118 children(carious 63,non-carions 55).Theresults showed that the difference of Mutans streptococci count of saliva and acidogenecity of plaque between cariousand non-carious is significant.更多还原
