【摘要】 应用流式细胞术分析82例口腔颌面部间叶组织肿瘤及5例正常组织细胞 DNA 指数(DI)和增殖指数(PI)。结果正常组织、良性、低恶性和高恶性肿瘤 DI、PI 依次增高;肿瘤直径≥5cm及生存<5年患者,肿瘤细胞 DNA 含量显著增高;10种类型肿瘤中骨肉瘤细胞DNA含量最高。本文认为肿瘤直径<5 cm时治疗可望延长生存期;临床疑为恶性的颌骨病变,检测其 DNA 含量对定性诊断有帮助;口腔颌面部间叶组织细胞 DNA 含量与患者生存期有关,通过检测可作为估计患者预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty seven cases of oromaxillofacial mesenchymal tumors and normal tissue were analysed for DNA index(DI)and proliferative index(PI)by flow cytometry.The results showed that DI and PI of normal tissue,benign,low-grade and high-grade sarcomas rose step by step.The DNA content of tumors in size of 5 cm or more and tho-se,whose life-span was in less than 5 years,was much high.The cellular DNA contents of bone sarcomas were thehighest in 10 sorts of tumors.The authers conclude that the patients can be with longer life span if tumors aretreated in less than 5 cm.It is helpful to check DNA content for properties of bone tumors with suspectful malig-nance clinically.DNA content of the tumors is connection with the life-span.This method may be taken to deter-mine DNA content as a consult index to evaluate the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
