颞下颌关节盘环形胶原纤维环的扫描电镜研究
A Scanning Electron Microscopic Study of Collagen Fibrous Anulus of TMJ Disc in Dogs
【摘要】 胶原纤维构筑是颞下颌关节盘承受应力和应变的结构基础,与颞下颌关节(TMJ)内紊乱的发生关系密切。本文以体视显微镜和扫描电镜研究了正常成年家犬 TMJ 关节盘的内部胶原纤维三维构筑,证实了关节盘内存在着环形胶原纤维环结构,即由前、后带内外向和内外两侧的前后向胶原纤维组成,以承受最大环形张力。
【Abstract】 The temporomandibular joint(TMJ)is a loading joint.The disc is mainly composed of collagen fibers,whosestructural and functional arrangement are of fundamental importance for the understanding of both the normalphysiology and pathologic changes occurring in the TMJ in disease states.The present study investigated furtherthe collagen fiber orientation of TMJ discs in dogs using stereomicroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.It hadbeen demonstrated once more that there are a collagen fibrous anulus in the periphery of the disc,which is com-posed of the mediolateral fibers of anterior and posterior bands and the anteroposterior fibers of the medial and lat-eral portions of the middle band.
