BAA-8602分子筛上苯/乙醇烃化反应的动力学研究与反应器工况模拟分析

【摘要】 用内循环、无梯度反应器在常压、550~720K 下考察了在 BAA-8602分子筛催化剂上进行苯/乙醇气相一步合成乙苯的宏观动力学规律;建立了相应的幂函数型动力学模型。利用所建立的模型对拟应用此技术年产1250t 乙苯的工业反应器的操作工况进行了模拟计算与分析,考察了反应初始温度与原料的初始苯醇摩尔配比对反应器内温度分布、苯转化率以及乙苯选择性等指标的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Vapor-phase,selective alkylation of benzene with ethanol to produce ethylbenzene is an effective,energy-saving process for ethylene-free area.In order to scale-up the developed technique of benzene/ethanol alkylation over BAA 8602 zeolite catalysts,its reaction kinetics was investigated in a magnetic-driving,internal recycling,gradientless reactor within the range of 550-720 K under normal pressure.Based on the experiments,the macro-kinetic models were established using exponential form by multiple linear regression,in which the formation rate of ethylbenzene may be represented by: rEB=(-rB)-r(DEB)=[692.07exp(-4471/T)pB0.26pEt0.45] -[3.771×1014exp(-20150/T)PEB0.27pEt0.84] Combining the kinetic models with pseudo-homogeneous,one-dimensional reactor model, simulating calculation and analysis for a commercial reactor(productive capacity:1250 tons EB/ year)were made.It was found that the reaction is quite mild when the initial reaction temperature (T0)is less than 630 K,and T0 has notable influence on the conversion and selectivity.when T0> 630 K,the reaction becomes more severe at the top layer of reactor,but no effect on ethylbenzene selectivity.The nearly equal final ethylbenzene selectivity shows that when(B/E)0≥7 only little effect of the initial benzene/ethanol molar ratio appears.So that T0=630 K and(B/E)0=5~6 are recommended,as the optimal operating cendition.
