影响变截面弹簧刚度的因素与计算
Effective Factors and Calculation of Variable Cross-section Leaf Spring Rigility
【摘要】 文章着重探讨了变截面钢板弹簧中部骑马螺栓夹紧、曲率及吊耳安装位置对弹簧刚度的影响以及其刚度的计算方法。结果表明,一副单片抛物线变截面钢板弹簧,在考虑上述影响因素后得出的刚度,在不同位移条件下,与传统计算方法(不考虑上述影响因素)得出的结果有很大差别,特别是大位移时(偏离满载静平衡位置较远)这种差别更为明显。本文基本思想来源于Wolfram Tautenhahn工程师的(压板弹性变形试验与刚度计算)的分析报告。
【Abstract】 The effect of U bolt clamping in the middle of variable cross section leaf spring assembly curvature and bracket location on leaf spring rigility and rigility Calculation method are discussed.Desalts show that there is a great difference between the rigility obtained under comsidering above-mentioned effective factors and the rigility. obtained by traditional calculation method in different displacements for a set of Parabolic variable cross-section single leaf spring, especially far off the full load static balancing position. The basis idea of this paper is from analysis report of 《platen elastic defornation test and rigility calculation》 written by engineer Wolfram Tantembahn.
