【摘要】 利用自愿终止妊娠水囊引产胎龄4个月的胎儿脑组织移植治疗不同原因引起的脑功能缺陷7例。6例行钻孔移植,基中1例先行侧脑室-腹腔分流,1例同时行颞肌贴敷;另1例行开颅移植同时行颅骨修补。每例移植胎脑组织8～12g。结果,5例临床症状当天即有改善。随访1年半～2年,3例癫痫停止发作;4例肌张力明显降低,肢体功能明显改善,智商提高38～51分,脑电图慢波减少,癲痫波消失,BAEP、VEP、SEP、MEP不同程度改善;1例临床症状稍有改善;2例无效。对疗效的机制,手术方法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 7 patients with cerebral function defect caused by different reasons were treated by transplanting 4-month fetal brain induced vonluntarily with water bag,in which 6 cases underwent trephination and transplantation (1 case initially underwent lateral ventricle-abdominal cavity shunt and 1 case underwent temporal muscle mouting at the same time) and the other case underwent craniotomy and transplantation while cranioplasty. Each case was transplanted 8～12g brain. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of 5 patients relieved at the day of operation. We carried a follow-up servey for 1. 5 years and 2 years and found 3 cases of epilepsy no longer attacked, 4 cases muscular tension obviously decreased,limb function improved,IQ improved by 38～51,slow waves in encephalogram became less and epilepsy wave disappeared, BAEP, SEP, MEP and VEP improved in different degree. 1 case relieved its clinical symptoms slightly, 2 cases didn’t change.
