【摘要】 在30例成人头颈矢状断标本上对下颌舌骨神经和舌神经进行的解剖观测发现:下颌舌骨神经自下牙槽神经分支的高度、毗邻及该两神经在下颌孔处的水平距离,均有明显的变异;并发现舌神经在舌侧沟内有交通支与下颌舌骨神经相连。观察了150例下颌骨颏后副孔分布的情况。结果提示下颌舌骨神经的这些变异可能是下颌切牙阻滞不全的解部学原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sigittal of the head and neck in 30 sides of adult cadavers were dissected and mea- sured.It was found the high of the mylohyoid nerve branch from the inferior alveolar nerve,relation between the mylohiod nerve and adjacent structures,and the level distance between above two nerves at the mandibular foramen were obviously variable.The communications of the lingual nerve with the mylohiod nerve in the sulcus of the lingual side were observed.The distribution of the retromental ac- cessory foramen in 150 cases of the mandibular were investigated.The result showed that these varia- tions of the mylohiod nerve may be anatomical cause of the incomplete mandibular incisor block anes- thesia.更多还原
