抗氧化酶活性增龄改变与血脂水平的关系
CHANGES OF SOD AND MDA BY AGE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH SERUMAL TG AND Ch
【摘要】 本文测定了236例不同年龄组健康人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清闪二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(Ch)含量。结果显示:①随年龄递增,SOD 活性有下降趋势,MDA、TG、Ch 含量有升高趋势,各指标15岁~30岁一组与50岁~、65岁~组比较有显著差异(P<0.01).②SOD 活性与 TG、Ch 含量呈负相关,MDA 含量与 TG、Ch 含量呈明显正相关。结果初步表明:SOD 及 MDA 增龄性改变,可能是老化及老年人血脂升高的重要原因之一。
【Abstract】 SOD activites in RBC and MDA,TG,Ch in serum of 236 healthy individuals in four groups were measured.The results showed that①SOD activites decreased;and MDA,TG,Ch contents elevated with increase of age gradually.The group in age 15~ and 30~ was significantly different from the group in age 50~ and 65~ (P<0.01);②There were negative correlation separetely between SOD activites and TG,Ch contents.There were positive correlation between MDA contents and TG,Ch contents.We conclude that the decline of antioxidation enzyme activites and the increase of lipoperoxidation levels was one of important factors for aging and elevation of serumal lipids in aged.
