【Abstract】 With the methods of medical sequential analysis and cross product difference analysis, the data of22 patients with phlebitis caused by venous injection of 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu)were analysed. The re-sults showed that slow venous infusion of 5-Fu was easier to cause phlebitis than fast phleboclysis, andphlebitis was more serious. It indicated that intravenous injection of 5-Fu caused strong irritation of thelocal vein injected,and that it related to the time during which the local vein got in touch with 5-Fu.更多还原
