【摘要】 研究了小鼠对马钱子碱的镇痛耐受性和身体依赖性,并与吗啡作比较。小鼠连续ip马钱子碱每天24mg/kg,连用7d,镇痛作用产生耐受性,但当与吗啡合用时可推迟吗啡产生耐受性的时间。采用小鼠跳跃试验研究马钱子碱的身体依赖性,结果表明,马钱子碱不易产生身体依赖性,但与吗啡合用时亦不能减轻吗啡的身体依赖性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Daily ip brucine(24 mg/kg) 7 d in mice induced tolerance,as it was seen with morphine(25 mg/kg). When the combination of the two drugs (brucine 12 mg/kg, and morphine 7.5 mg/kg) was giv-en, the induced tolerance time was markedly put off. The mouse jumping test was used to evaluate thephysical dependence potential of the brucine and the influence of brucine on morphine physical depen-dence. The results showed that it was not easy for brucine to yield physical dependence, nor could it re-duce the influence on morphine physical dependence.更多还原
