【摘要】 本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳硝酸银染色法,对41例肺癌患者和41例正常人的血清蛋白(简称SP)进行了比较分析,发现肺癌患者与正常人的SP电泳图谱有明显的差别.经扫描后统计检查,发现谱带的数目变异以及相对百分含量的差异均达到极显著水平(t=4.4955)及:t=9.5300).A区和F区以及B区和G区郡具有明显的特征谱带.这些特征谱带有可能用于早期诊断肺癌;因而本实验方法可望成为肺癌普查的筛选方法之一.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the serum protein（SP）of fourtyone lung carcinoma patients were compared with fourtyone persons with SDS gel electrophoresis silver nitrate chromatic stain way.It was discovered that patient’s electrophoresis pictures of SP differ from normal persons.The difference have arrived at extremely evident level in the number and content of isozymes(t=4.4955^**and t=9.5300^**).There were abvious characteristic bands in the A.F and B.G district.Therefore,it was possible these charaxteristic band be used of medicine as careinemie diagnosis.It was hopeful that the way be emplyed to investigate carcinoma.更多还原
