【Abstract】 In this paper the nitrogen laser discharge circuit was analysed in detail,and the factorsaffecting the laser lifetime were pointed out,three different β=C₁/C₂laser discharged currents were com-pared.this gives a theoretical basis for designing laser discharge circuit.更多还原
