关于第二心音的轴对称血流的数值计算
THE NUMERICAL COMPUTATION OF AXISYMMETRICAL BLOOD FLOW ON THE SECOND HEART SOUND
【摘要】 从临床经验可知第二心音的研究有助于心脏病的诊断。本文提出了血液在弹性直圆管中流动的数学模型;用有限差分法求解轴对称基本微分方程组;计算了第二心音的频率和振幅;还求出了血流的速度分布和压力分布。这些结果将对心脏病的临床诊断有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The unsteady nonlinear axisymmetrical equation of continuity and momentum equations are solved by an iterative finite-difference method SIMPLE method)for the aortic semilunar valve vibration by which the second heart sound is produced.The frequency and amplitude of the second heart sound affected by some factors are calculated.And the distribution of axial velocity, radial velocity and pressure of the blood flow on the cross-sections of the aorta are also obtained.
