猪皮(兰湿皮)辐射接枝共聚及其组织结构研究

【摘要】 将丙烯酸酯及其衍生物辐射接枝共聚于猪兰皮,已探索出辐射接枝共聚的适宜配方、接枝体系、辐射剂量等。辐射接枝共聚的猪兰皮,经光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜组织结构观察分析,粗大毛孔缩小、粗面平整度较好;胶原纤维周围呈现有树脂填充现象,着色力强且不均匀;弹性、强度和革身丰满性等均有所提高。

【Abstract】 The radiationinduced graft copolymerization of acrylic ester and its derivatives onto chrome--tanned pigskin by 60Co γ-ray. Now we have studied out its radiation dose, system and the correct prescription et al. Ob- serving and analysing the structure and tissue with optical micrography and electronic scannin g micrography, We’ll find thick pores clearly being narrow, mammillae planeness being better, Around the collagen fiber, we also see that it is filled with acrylic ester polymer, the coloring ability is enhanced and uneven. Still more, the leather elasticity, intensity and fullness are bet- ter.
