【Abstract】 In this paper,the restricted conditions of virtual displaccment in m--order velocity space for nonholonomic constraints of highorder non Chetaev type is provided;and the non- isochronic variation and infinitesimal transformation of m-order velocity space is studied. And then,generalized Noether theorm of nonlinear nonholonomic nonpotial system of hiqh --order non chertacv type is extened. Finallyy, the theorem are generalized to variable mass system and noninertial frame.更多还原
