【摘要】 本研究用原子吸收分光光度计测定了肺癌患者与健康人血清 Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni、Cr、Cd 的含量。测定结果表明,肺癌患者人群的血清 Zn、Mn 值非常显著低于健康人(P<0.001),而血清 Cu、Ni、Cr 值则非常显著高于健康人(P<0.001).血清 Cd 值显著高于健康人(P<0.05)。提示上述六种微量元素都有可能与肺癌的发生或发展有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of studying the relation between lung carcinoma and serum levels of the trace elements,the serum levels (μmol/L) of Cu Zn Mn Ni Cr and Cd of 26 patients with lung cancer and 27 healthy subjects (the control group) were determined with the atomic absorption spectrop- hotometer.The assay results showed that the levels of Zn and Mn of the patients were much lower than those of the healthy subjects (P<0.001),while the values of Cu Ni and Cr in serum were significantly higher than those of the healthy subjects (P<0.001),and the value of Cd was singnificantly higher than that of the healthy subjects (P<0.05).The results indicated that there may exist certain relationship between all the six trace elements mentioned above and the occurence or developmenl of lung cancer.更多还原
