【摘要】 用检测人血清乙肝标志物的试剂和方法,检测2823份猪血清,检出HBsAg阳性血清56份。对37份HBsAg阳性猪血清检测抗—HBs、HBeAg、抗—HBe、抗—HBc,有23份呈阳性结果。取双阳性血清经氯化铯梯度离心,获得了形态与HBV相似的病毒粒子,其比重为1.30,分子量为2.2×10⁵道尔顿。将其与抗HB_?做免疫电泳,可见有沉淀线形成。以常规方法提纯其基因片段,以HBV引物为以基因引物做PCR扩增,结果可见有基因片段形成。其位置与HBV扩增物相近,证实两株病毒有基因同源性。试验结果认定,此毒为猪源HBV样病毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 We tested on 2823 pig serum samples using the same reagent and methods used. When testing human serum HBV markers and obtained 56 samples with positive results. Among the 56 samples. We used 37 to test the Anti-HBS. HBeAg Anti-HBe, Anti-HBc, and 23 samples positive. THrongh cscl purified from positive serum. Virus particles similar to HBV were achieved. The proportion in 1.30, and molecular weight in 2.2×10~6. The virus is pig HBV like virus. When the virus in combined with Anti-HBS and Anti-HBc to reaction agargel diffusion, a sedlimentation line in formed. PCR with pig HBV like virus DNA obtained by reagent, metheds and PCR with human HBV DNA shows that "C" gene areas of the open frames of the two viruses consist of 300bp.更多还原
