萃取—分光光度法测定水中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)
Solvent Extraction-photometric Determination of Trace Amount of Chromium(Ⅵ) in Water
【摘要】 在稀酸介质(pH=3的H2SO4)中,以4%(V/V)的氯化三辛基甲基铵(TOMA)的二甲苯溶液为萃取剂,对水中的Cr(Ⅵ)进行定量萃取分离后,加入0.04%(W/V)的二苯碳酰二肼的乙醇—硫酸溶液在有机相中直接显色,显色后的有机相在540nm的波长下进行分光光度法测定.本法最低检测限为1ppb,并基本上消除了Fe(Ⅲ)对测定的干扰.
【Abstract】 Chromium (VI) is quantitatively extracted and separated from a slightly acidic solution (pH = 3,with H2SO4) by 4%TOMA solution in Xylene.0.04% Dipheny-Carbazide-ethanol-sulfuric acid solution is added to the organic extract, then the colored solution is determined by photometry at 540nm.The detection limit of this method is Ippb and interference of Fe(Ⅲ) is basically eliminated by extraction.
