对氯甲苯环上氯代反应的研究
Study on the Ring-Chlorination of p-Chlorotoluene
【摘要】 以SbCl3为催化剂,将对氯甲苯于不同温度下进行环上氯化取代反应。其连串反应产物分布规律,在一定的氯化深度范围内符合一级反应动力学,反应产物分布几乎不受温度影响。通过实验结果处理,可求得二氯甲苯的最高收率及相应的对氯甲苯转化率。连串的两步反应速度常数之比亦不受温度影响。
【Abstract】 For the ring-chlorination of p-chlorotoluene under the catalysis of SbCl3, the products distrbution of the consecution reaction in different temperature at the given limit of chlorination level is in agreement with first order reaction kinetics and is nearly independent of the temperature, and no influence of temperature on reaction rate constant ratio has been found. The highest yield of dichlorotoluene and the conversion of p-chlorotoluene corresponding to that yield were obtained.
