正辛醇萃取甲醛的动力学研究

【摘要】 以正辛醇为萃取剂,研完了从酸性(HNO3)介质中萃取甲醛的动力学。实验是在一恒界面池中进行的。通过改变搅拌强度、两相接触面积、操作温度和酸浓度,判定甲醛的萃取反应过程为在有机相膜内反应与扩散并列进行的过程,其主要特征表现为包含有机相膜的界面反应。在理论分析的基础上,结合实验结果,建立了萃取动力学模型。

【Abstract】 The kinetics of formaldehyde extraction with octanol has been studied in a lewis cell. The aqueous phase consisted of HCHO(8.42~40.31g/L) and HNO3(0.2~0.8 mol/L), and the organic phase octanol saturated with nitric acid. The fact that controlling reaction occurs in the film of organic phase was confirmed by the effects of [H+], stirring speed, interracial area between the two phases and temperature. Under the operating condition used, theoretical analysis and exerimental results led to the development of the kinetics model equation. The deviation of simulation results from experimenthl data were found to be within 10%. The reasons of deviation were also discussed.
