【Abstract】 When two pieces of white tissue moistened with L-glutamate oxidase（GO） assayed solution were placed on the mature colonies, red spots developed. The speed and the extent of color development could be used to estimate the productivity of the strain tested. By using curent screening method along with HNO₂ mutagenesis, the productivity of GO producing strain P-26 is increased about 25 times within three manthes.更多还原
