固定化酶管式热敏传感器的数学模型及其应用——发酵产物浓度的测定
Modeling of Tubular Heat-Sensitive Sensor with Immobilized Enzyme and Its Application to the Determination of Fermentation Substance Concentration
【摘要】 利用微元段内的物料与热量平衡,对固定化酶管式热敏传慈器进行了考察,建立了用联立双曲型偏微分方程组描述的数学模型。该模型用于具体的发酵产物浓度测试,所得出的输入浓度与输出温差之间的关系具有Monod方程的形式,其度化趋势较好地反映了实测结果。
【Abstract】 By means of the material and energy balances, this paper establishes a mathematical model to describe the tubular hot-sensitive sensor with immobilized enzyme. It involves a set of hyperbolic partial differential equations, and can be used to determine the concentration of fermentation substances. The obtained relationship of ingoing concentration vs. outgoing temperature difference has the form of MONOD equation, and is in good agreement with the experimental results.
