大运河苏州段水中有机物致突变性研究
Studies on Concentrated Organic Muta-gens in Jing-Hang Canel
【摘要】 本文采用GDX-102型网状树脂收集水中有机物,对京杭大运河苏州段水城有机浓集物的致实变性进行了研究。在市区上游、下游及环城水域共设置采样点五个。进行了小鼠骨髓细胞和人外周血淋巴细胞微核试验和SCE试验,结果表明:小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验除上游采样点外其余各点均呈阳性;人外周血淋巴细胞微核试验和SCE试验各点均呈阳性,说明运河水中有机物具有致突变作用。
【Abstract】 Organic chemicals in water were concentrated with technique of chromotogra-phy using macroreticular resin GDX-102 and the mutagenicity of concentrated organic extract from Suzhou branch of ling-Hang canel was studied.There are five sampling sites in all which locate at the uper and down Parts and in the city.The frequencies of the Sitter-Chromatic Exchanges(SCEs)and micronucleus(MN)in cultured human blood lymphocytes and micronucleus in cells coming from mouse bone marrow were detected.We found that the rate of SCEs and MN in cultured blood lymphocytes increased significantly and the rate of MN in cells coming from mouse bone marrow also increased siy-nificantly except in the samples coming from the upper sites.The results indicate that there are some organic mutagens in the water.
