青岛湾排污海滩底栖动物的支序分类研究
THE MACROBENTHOS OF THE SEWAGE DISCHARGING AREA OF QINGDAO COVE-A CLADISTIC ANALYSIS
【摘要】 <正> 利用海洋底栖生物群落监测环境已成为海洋污染生态研究的重要手段,其关键在于底栖生物群落界限的确定。支序分类学自70年代后在生物系统演化研究方面得到了广泛应用,80年代末英国学者Lambshead等提出它也可用于生态研究.我们通过大量工作证明支序分类学可作为一种生物数学手段准确划分海洋底栖生物群落,并且这种分区还反映了环境因子的特性.
【Abstract】 According to two investigation of the intertidal macrofauna in the. sewage discharging area of Qingdao Cove by using cladistic analysis and indicator species, this area can be devided into two parts: the polluted area and the semi-polluted area. It is proved that this division was actually related to the pollution impact. The environmental quality of December, 1990 is better than that of 1989, which resulted in 9 more species settled there in 1990. This study shows that cladistics can be used as an efficient biomathematical method in the environmental quality investigation.
