【Abstract】 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging were performed in 75 patients to measure glomerular filtration rate(GFR), among them creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) was also measured in 23 and two blood sample method was measured in 31. The result showed that GFR has a good correlation with Ccr(r= 0.8326, p< 0.0001) and two blood sample method(r=0.8436,p<0.0001). Also use of factor analysis for image processing have further improved the image quality.更多还原
