【摘要】 对防洪经济效益计算中损失函数的确定问题作了初步探讨,对有防洪措施时损失函数的确定作了详细分析,提出了损失函数选择判断表,结合漳州市的实例,作了实地调查.根据调查资料和本文的方法建立了损失函数曲线,用风险期望损失的概念,计算了防洪、水文站网及洪水预报的经济效益.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the determination of loss function in the computation of economic benefits of flood control and presents the table for choosing loss function during flood forecast. A case study of Zhangzhou city of Fujian province is conducted. Employing the concept of expected loss of risk and the loss function in the case study, conomic benefits of flood control, hydrological network as well as flood forecast are computed respectively.更多还原
