化学迁移:RCC废催化剂再生工艺初探
CHEMICAL TRANSPORT:STUDY ON REGENERATION PROCESS OF RCC POISONED CATALYST
【摘要】 本研究对渣油催化裂化废催化剂再生的化学迁移方法,作了较详细的热力学与动力学分析,并对废催化剂上沉积的镍,进行了常压和高压羰化脱除的探索性试验.本文介绍了 CO 羰化迁移除镍的实验结果.实验表明,化学迁移方法对脱除 RCC 废催化剂上的镍污染是有作用的.
【Abstract】 The present work is concerned with the chemical transport process,by means of which the waste catalyst in RCC can be regenerated.Thermodynamic analysis and exploratory tests for the removing of the nickel deposit on poisoned catalyst are conducted.In this paper the experamental results of removal of nickel deposit with carbonylation are presented.It is shown that chemical transport process is effective to remove the nickel deposit on poisoned catalysts.
