含氧气流中硫化锑的挥发动力学模型
MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR VAPORIZATION KINETICS OF ANTIMONY TRI-SULFIDE IN OXYGEN-CONTAINING GAS STREAM
【摘要】 本文研究了氧化气氛中硫化锑的挥发,提出了以气相膜中氧气的传质和界面化学反应为速率限制环节的动力学模型,导出了计算硫化锑在含氧气流中挥发速率的方程.
【Abstract】 The vaporization of Sb2S3 in an oxygen-containing gas stream was investigated and the mathematical model of this process was established on the basis that the transfer of oxygen across gas film and chemical reactions on the surface of melted Sb2S3 are the rate-determining steps.The mechanism of vaporization of Sb2S3 is suggested as follows: {(Sb2S3(1))(2SbS)g+1/2S2 ObulkcO2(surface)s 2Sb2S3(1)+gO2s2Sb2O3(1)+6SO2 SbSg+O2sSb1+SO2 The equation to describe the overall vaporization rate of Sb2S3 was derived to be V=kaaSb2S3+[2/9(MSb2S3-MSb2O3kc-MSbkd](SkgPO2c)/(RT(kc+kd+Skg)) for the vaporization in the stream with oxygen content.The rate constants,ka、kc and kd,were obtained by regression from experimental data lgka=6.759-(8285)/T lgkc=5.173-(4303)/T lgkd=9.366-(11000)/T
