间歇多级分步结晶过程模拟
SIMULATION OF BATCH MULTISTAGE FRACTIONALCRYSTALLIZATION
【摘要】 本文采用参数泵分步结晶技术对萘的精制进行了研究.根据结晶和发汗过程的机理,建立了描述这一过程的数学模型,模拟计算结果与中试结果相吻合,证明了该数学模型的正确性,从而为参数泵分步结晶技术的工程放大提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the refining of naphthalene by parametric pumping fractional crystallization technique is studied. A mathematical model for batch multistage fractional crystallization is established based on principles of crytsallization and sweating. The Gauss - Newton method is used to give a numerical solution cnystalliztion of the model. The calculated results are consistent with the medial experimental values. This mathematical model is correct and can be the basis for scaling up parametric pumping fractional crystallization.
