镍锡金属化半导体致冷器的电冲击试验研究
Electric Shock Testing Reaserch on the Nickel-Tin Metallizing Contact Thermomodule
【摘要】 报导了采用电冲击方法,试验比较了镍锡金属化层和普通锑铋合金金属化层用于半导体致冷器制造时产生的性能上的差别.试验结果表明,镍锡金属化层提高了致冷器的电性能和耐电、热冲击性能。
【Abstract】 The current puls method has been applieded to compare the difference of the properties between two type thermomodules which made by Nickel-Tin metallizing contact and Antimony-Bismuth binary alloy contact seperately.Test results show thatthe Nickel-Tin metallizing contact improved the thermoelectric properties and the elec-tric-thermal shock properties of thermomodules.
