矩形花键螺旋拉刀制造中的数学模型
On the Mathematical Simulations for the Manufacture of Rectangles Sprial Broaches
【摘要】 给出了矩形花键螺旋拉刀直沟和螺旋沟两种刀具制造中的通用数学模型,并用实例与传统方案作了比较,验证了所提方案的可行性和模型的可靠性.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the mathematical models in the manufacture ofthe rectangles spline sprial broaches both for straight ditch and for sprial ditch.Com-pared with the traditional plan and the modified plan by means of the examplecomputation,the mathematical models show the feasibility of the modified plan andthe relibility of its mathematical simulation.
