UO2与Zr间结合界面的研究

【摘要】 应用OM、SEM、EDAX和AES对在一定压力下不同温度加热后的UO2/Zr间结合界面进行了微观分析。结果表明,在750℃以上经不同时间加热后,UO2/Zr间发生了化学反应,反应层由α-Zr(O)+富轴的(U,Zr)相;α-Zr(O)+(U,Zr)δ相和α-Zr(O)组成。UO2/Zr在700℃延长加热时间,相互间也会发生反应。Zr或Zr合金在700℃以上应避免直接与UO2相接触。此外,对反应层的形成过程进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The microstructure of bonded interface between UO2 and Zr after heated under certain pressure and different temperature has been analysed by means of OM, SEM, EDAX and AES. The results indicate that the interface between UO2 and Zr have reacted in the temperature range 750—850℃. The reaction zone is composed of three different layers, that is, the α-Zr(O)and rich uranium (U,Zr) ally (the first layer), α-Zr(O) and (U,Zr) δ phase (the second layer) and the α-Zr(O) (the third layer). It has been pointed out that the interracial reaction between UO2 and Zr can occur if prolonging the heated time at 700℃. A direct contact between UO2 and Zr should be avoided at 700℃ or over this temperature. Besides this, the formation process of reaction layers is also discussed in this paper.
