紧张或松弛状态对取向非晶态PET结晶的影响
COMPARISON OF CRYSTALLIZATION UNDER FREE AND CONSTRAINED CONDITIONS FOR ORIENTED AMORPHOUS PET AS-SPUN FIBERS AND FILMS
【摘要】 用密度法、双折射法和应力测量等方法研究了紧张或松弛状态对取向非晶态PET卷绕丝和膜的结晶速率的影响。结果表明,影响其结晶速率取决于试样原始的双折射,试样两端固定与否,对结晶速率的影响表现出不同的规律。高取向PET,两端固定态的结晶速率较快;双折射较低的取向非晶态PET松弛状态时结晶速率较快。结合PET试样在热处理中双折射和应力的变化数据探讨了产生上述现象的原因。
【Abstract】 The Crystallization of constrained and free oriented amorphous PET films and as-spun fibers are studied by using density,birefringence and stress measurements.It is shown that depending on the birefringence of original sample,the effect of fixing two ends of samples on the crystallization rate shows different behavior,For amorphous PET with high birefringence the crystallization rate of constrained sample is faster.For oriented amorphous PET with very low birefringence the crystallization rate of free sample is faster.The reason for above phenomena is also discussed.
