改性稀土催化丁苯共聚合——用稀土丁苯共聚物增韧聚苯乙烯
COPOLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE AND STYRENE WITH MODIFIED RARE EARTH CATALYST SYSTEM ——POLYSTYRENE TOUGHENED BY BLENDING WITH BUTADIENE-STYRENE COPOLYMER
【摘要】 采用改性稀土催化体系合成了两嵌段和小嵌段兼无规序列分布的两种丁苯共聚物(LnSBR Ⅰ和LnSBR Ⅱ),利用其丁二烯链段顺式含量高(90%~94%)和一定结合苯乙烯量(10%~15%)的特点,直接采用机械共混方式与聚苯乙烯共混可达到较好的共混效果。实验结果表明,当LnSBR的含量为10%~12%时,共混物的冲击强度和拉伸强度均达到最大值,两嵌段LnSBR的增韧效果更好。
【Abstract】 Polystyrene toughened by butadiene-styrene copolymers which contained 15% (mol) styrene and 85% (mol) butadiene (with 90% - 94% cis-1,4 configuration) was studied. It was shown that two kinds of copolymers, diblock sequenece (Ⅰ) and mainly block sequence and some random sequence (Ⅱ), could effectively blend withpolystyrene. The blends had good mechanical properties when the content of copolymer was around 10%-12%.
