二元聚氨酯/聚取代乙烯互穿聚合物网络的合成及性能

【摘要】 研究了由聚醚330或端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)与蓖麻油组成的聚氨酯(PU)网络及其与聚取代乙烯(PV)组成的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)。考察了不同取代乙烯单体、PU/PV值、聚醚或HIPB含量等对IPN力学性能的影响。结果表明,由二元PU与PV组成的IPN均较由单纯蓖麻油PU与PV组成的IPN弹性好。当PU/PV=55/45(质量比)时,IPN的扯断伸长率达200%以上,永久变形小于15%,且呈现弹性体性能。其中,由聚醚330与蓖麻油组成的PU所得IPN的拉伸强度比HTPB所得的IPN的高,扯断伸长率低;前者用丙烯腈(AN)作取代乙烯组分时性能较好,而后者因易产生宏观相分离而不能使用AN。HTPB-蓖麻油PU/PSt IPN呈微观相分离。

【Abstract】 The interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) obtained from polyether 330 or telechelic hydroxyl polybutadiene(HTPB) and castor oil combined two - component polyurethane (PU) as one network and vinyl polymer (PV) as grafts were studied. The mechanical properties of the two kinds of IPNs were studied with respect to dif-ferent synthetic conditions. The results showed that these two kinds of IPNs were more elasticthan the IPNs made from castor oil polyurethane and vinyl monomer only. The ultimate elongation was higher than 200% and the permanent set lower than 15%, so that the two kinds of IPNs behaved like elastomer.
