【摘要】 提出了一种用计算机设计硫化胶配方的动态变换模型,其方程为:该模型包括了常用的多元二次回归方程的数学模型,能真实地表达胶料各组分与胶料性能间的相关关系。试验结果表明,在置信度α=0.01的情况下,该模型拟合良好,与常用的多元二次回归方程数学模型相比,具有快速、灵活、可靠性更高的优点。

【Abstract】 A dynamic transform model for rubber formulation design using computer was suggested , the equation was :The model could simulate the relationships between rubber formulations and their vul-canizates properties more actually and generally than that of the usual model of second -orderpoly nomial equation . On the base of many experiments , the dynamic transform modle was used quickly , flexibly and confidently by the method of computer aid design.
