从GPC图谱探讨国产合成橡胶的质量

【摘要】 比较了国产SBR1500,SBR1712与英国、波兰同类产品,国产Ni-BR与英国锂系、意大利钛系、日本镍系BR的GPC图谱,并结合产品的性能对比,认为国产合成橡胶要满足子午胎对原料的性能要求,SBR1500须降低Z5min时的300%定伸应力,提高批样间ML1+4100℃的均一性;SBR1712须提高分子量,选择最佳的填充油,并使其性能稳定;Ni-BR须降低高分子量级分的含量。

【Abstract】 The peoperties of domestic SBR1500, SBR 1712 and Ni-BR were compared with those of foreign products by GPC chromatograms. It was suggested that domestic synthetic rubber should meet the property requirements of raw materials for radial tyre. The SBR 1500 should reduce its 300% modulus at 25min, and improve the batch to batch uniformity ML1+4100°C ; the SBR 1712should increase its molecular weight , select the optimal extending oil and stablize its properties ; Ni-BR should reduce its portion of high molecular weight .
