改性稀土催化丁苯共聚合——催化剂中第三组分结构对聚合的影响
COPOLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE AND STYRENE WITH MODIFIED RARE EARTH CATALYST SYSTEM——EFFECT OF THIRD COMPONENT ON POLYMERIZATION
【摘要】 采用Nd(oct)-3,Al(i-Bu)3并添加第三组分有机氯化物组成催化体系,以正己烷为溶剂,进行了丁二烯与苯乙烯的溶液共聚合。探讨了第三组分结构对共聚合的影响,并根据其克分子极化度P及溶剂极性参数ET30解释其影响规律。实验结果表明,三氯甲烷和氯代正丁烷作为第三组分有利于合成高顺式丁苯共聚物。
【Abstract】 The copolymerization of butadiene and styrene in hexane was carried out by modified rare earth catalyst system which consisted of Nd(oct)3 (Nd), Al(i-Bu)3 (Al) and the third component , organic chloride (Cl). The structure of or ganic chloride obviously affected the yield molecular weight , the content and microstructure of copolymers . It was shown that the butadiene-styrene copolymer containing 10% - 30% (mol) styrene and 70% - 90% (mol) butadiene (with 90% - 96% cis - 1,4 configuration ) could be synthesized when CHC13 or n - BuCl was used as the third component .
