镍体系催化丁二烯聚合速率的影响因素
EFFECT FACTORS OF BUTADIENE POLYMERIZATION RATE WITH NICKEL CATALYST SYSTEM
【摘要】 研究了Ni(naph)2-Al(i-Bu)3-BF3·OEt2(Ni-Al-B)催化体系各组分浓度、配比及丁二烯初始浓度[Bd]0等在较大范围变化时丁二烯聚合的动力学行为。结果表明,在不同的实验条件下均存在-d[Bd]/dt=K[Bd]的动力学关系。固定[Al],[B] 改变 [Ni],当Al/Ni=6~16(摩尔比)时,K值无明显变化,表明体系中存在Ni(0),Ni(I)过量值。[Bd]0提高,K值增大,Bd对活性中心稳定有利。
【Abstract】 The kinetic behaviors of butadiene polymerization in wider change ranges of the components concentration and ratio, and the butadiene initial concentration [Bd]0, with nickel catalyst system Ni (naph)2 - Al(i- Bu)3 -BF3 ·OEt2(Ni-Al-B), were investigated. The results showed that the rate equation of -d[Bd]/ dt=K[Bd] held good under different experimental conditions. When [Ni] was changed with the fixed [Al] and [B], there waslittle chang in K value under the range of Al/Ni = 6 - 10 (mole). This indicated that there was excess of Ni (I) and Ni (0) in the system. It was also observed that K value increased considerably with increasing [Bd]0, which was reduced to the contribution of Bd to the stability of the active center.
