合成乙烯基乙炔的乙炔二聚宏观动力学
KINETICS OF ACETYLENE DIMERIZATION IN SYNTHESIS OF MONOVINYLACETYLENE
【摘要】 含N2量低于30%的乙炔气,在空速364h-1、反应温度65~80℃及常压下通过乙烯基乙炔(MVA)鼓泡反应器中的单相氯化亚铜催化剂溶液,进行乙炔二聚及三聚反应,并测定了两者的宏观动力学,获得的MVA及二乙烯基乙炔生成速率动力学方程分别为: RM=fM×1.681 10×10-4exp(-7996/RT)PA0.922 RD=fD×1.51944×10-3exp(-2324/RT)PM0.667式中fM和fD为与空塔气速有关的校正因子[fM=1.0~2.0;fD=(0.2~1.0)fM],fD还与催化剂和反应器型式有关。该动力学方程可为乙炔二聚工业鼓泡反应器的设计提供基础数据。
【Abstract】 Acetylene gas containing nitrogen (less than 30% .volume )in a space velocity of 364h-1,at 65-80°C and normal pressure ,passed through a monovinylacetylene ( MVA) reactor at the bottom in the form of bubbles . A portion of acetylene was dimerized into MVA in the reactor in which acetylene contacted with a single phase aqueous cuprous chloride catalyst solution .and a less portion of acetylene was trimerized into divinylacetylene ( DVA) with MVA . The global rates of reaction were measured by experimentand were described by following equations :Production rate of MVA,Rm=fM × 1.681 10 × 10-4exp (-7 796/RT)PA0.922Production rate of DVA.RD=/fx 1.519 44× 10-3 exp(-2324/RT)PM0.667 Where fM and fD were correction factors which depended on the superficial gas velocity of empty reactor.Usually fM= 1.0 -2.0,fD=(0.2 -1.0)fM.
