【摘要】 一种具有杀精子功能的生物材料HFMC被用于猕猴避孕实验。HFMC是以聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为主要组份并带有羧基的亲水凝胶。精液检测结果表明HFMC杀精是有效的。材料通透性模拟实验及精子计数都表明HFMC是一种非阻断性材料,能允许精子通过。配对实验表明,60mg组节育1.5~3年;30mg组约2月;150mg组仍在观察中,估计能节育较60mg组更长的时间。HFMC用于男性避孕可避免输精管阻塞而引起的附睾炎。

【Abstract】 A permicidal biomaterial HFMC which is a hydrophilic hydrogel based on polyhydroxyethyl methacrylate with a carboxyl group was tested in Macaca mulata. The results of the semen examination showed that HFMC was effect in spermicide. The results of the simulation for testing the permeability of HFMC and the spermatozoa count showed that HFMC was a non-occlusion material which allowed spermatozoa passing through. The results of the mating experiment showed that the infertility time was 1.5—3 years in 60 mg dose group, the time was around 2 months in 30 mg dose group, and the time of the 150 mg dose group wouid be longer than one of the 60 mg dose group. So that HFMC is used in male contraception may be capable to avoid epididymitis caused by occlusion of deferent ducts.
