【Abstract】 The raw material used in this experiment is leftover bits and pieces of starch which contains natural yellow pigment and some other food composition.The extractive solvent, temperature, time and numbers for extacting yellow pigment was investigated by means of photocolorimetry in this experiment.Reasonable extraction condition and technological process were determined.更多还原
