新型铜基无铬高温变换催化剂的研究

【摘要】 研究铜基无铬高温变换催化剂的制备工艺。通过添加非铬助催化剂并采用压热反应工艺可制得热稳定性好、活性温区宽(250~480℃)的新型铜基变换催化剂。其性能明显优于传统的高变催化剂。该催化剂特别适合于低能耗合成氨工艺,如LCA工艺、AMV工艺。空速、热冲击和硫化氢对催化剂性能的影响也进行了考察。X-射线衍射实验结果表明,在所研制的铜基催化剂的体相结构中有CuMn2O4相存在。该相的存在是催化剂耐热性能好的主要原因。工业应用实验正在进行之中。

【Abstract】 The preparation of copper-based high temperature shift catalyst was investigated in laboratory scale.By adding non-chromium promoter and adopting hydrothermal reaction technology, a catalyst with good thermal stability and wide activity temperature range (250~480℃)can be obtained. Its performance is significantly superior to the traditional high temperature shift catalyst. It is especially suitable for low energy consumption process of synthetic ammonia.e. g. LCA process and AMV process. The effect of space velocity,thermal shock and hydrogen sulfide on the performance of the catalyst are also investigated. The experimental result of X-ray diffraction indicates that CuMn2O4 phase occurs in the bulk phase structure of the copper-based catalyst. The occurrence of CuMn2O4 phase is responsible for the good thermal stability. Further work is in progress for commercial application of this catalyst.
