S-系列农用抗生素理化特性初步研究 Ⅱ农抗S-113的纸层层析测定

【摘要】 pH纸层析测定表明,农抗S-113发酵液中的抗真菌活性物质含有两个组份,它们在极性和解离特性上都有较大的差异,Doskochilova综合纸层层析结果进一步表明:农抗S-113的一种组份可能属于紫放线菌素类,而另一种可能属于多烯大环内酯类抗生素。

【Abstract】 There were at least two antifungal components existed in the fermented broth of the agricultur- al antibiotic S-113 as revealed by the pH chromatography determination. Obviors differences upon the polarity as well as the property of chemical group dissociation between the two components were observed. It was further confirmed by the Doskochilova’s systematic paper chromatography that one component of the antibiotic S-113 might belong to the group of Streptothricins and the other one was similar to the polyenemacrolid antibiotics in their chemical nature.
