【Abstract】 There were at least two antifungal components existed in the fermented broth of the agricultur- al antibiotic S-113 as revealed by the pH chromatography determination. Obviors differences upon the polarity as well as the property of chemical group dissociation between the two components were observed. It was further confirmed by the Doskochilova’s systematic paper chromatography that one component of the antibiotic S-113 might belong to the group of Streptothricins and the other one was similar to the polyenemacrolid antibiotics in their chemical nature.更多还原
