【Abstract】 This paper took Chengde City as an example, adopting the method of dynamic multi-goal deci- sion, to analyze the main factors influence the tourist population development. 8 indexes of 4 aspects such as economic development level, resource condition, maximum tourist population capacity and eco-environmental quality.
