【摘要】 马头发电厂#5炉(EⅡ670/140型)中屏过热器爆管因超温引起。中屏过热器的最高壁温点在第6屏外圈第5根管蒸汽出口段顶棚下1000mm范围内,壁温值随负荷、汽温以及过剩空气系数的增加而升高,停高压加热器壁温明显上升,炉内外管壁温差70°C~75°C。

【Abstract】 The medium platen superheater of No. 5 boiler in Matou Power Plant was overheated having caused a tube blast. The highest point of metal temperature was located at the steam outlet of 5th tube from outer loop of 6th platen, 1000mm below roof. Metal temperature increased when load, steam temperature and access air increased. And the metal temperature increased apparently when HP heater was out of service. The difference between temperatures of tube metal in and outof furnace is 70℃-75℃.
